Ei niin, mutta mites otetaan varmuuskopio tuosta Coppermine:stä?

En ole asiasta mitenkään varma, mutta otin talteen sen config.php:n

1. Ota varmuuskopio Copperminen tauluista
2. Kopioi Copperminen tiedostot

3. Upgrading
3.1 Upgrading from version 1.0

If you already have installed version 1.0 and you want to transfer your albums to version 1.4x follow the following steps:

* First, make a backup (dump) of your database.
* Install version 1.4.x as you normally would but in a directory different from the one where you v 1.0 is. Note that in order to use the upgrade script, tables for version 1.0 and 1.4.x must be stored in the same database.
* Copy the "albums" directory of version 1.0 into the directory where you installed version 1.4.x
* The upgrade script assumes that you used the "CPG_" prefix for tables (default value) when you installed version 1.0, if this is not the case, edit upgrade-1.0-to-1.2.php and edit the $prefix10 variable.
* Login to your 1.4.x Gallery, enter the admin mode
* And call the upgrade script, http://yousitename/coppermine_dir/upgra ... to-1.2.php
* The upgrade from 1.0 to 1.4.x is a two-step process. You must click the link which comes up on the bottom of the page to complete the upgrade!.
* Delete upgrade-1.0-to-1.2.php from your server.
* If you get an error, go to Coppermine 1.4.x config page, enable debug mode, try to call the upgrade script again and check what errors you get.

This upgrade process leaves your v1.0 gallery untouched

Voisko joku ystävällisesti kääntää tuon seuraavan lainauksen, eli vääntää rautalangasta ohjeet.

* Asenna versio 1.4.x kuten normaalistikin asentaisit, mutta eri kansioon kuin vanha (1.0) on. Käytä samaa tietokantaa kuin vanhallekin versiolle.
* Kopioi "albums" kansio vanhasta sijainnistaan uuden version hakemistoon.
* Päivitysskripta olettaa, että vanhan tietokannan taulujen alku on "CPG_". Jos se ei ole, (olet vaihtanut edellisen asennuksessa johonkin muuhun) editoi upgrade-1.0-to-1.2.php -tiedostoa ja muuta $prefix10 vastaamaan asettamaasi alkuhärpäkettä.

Onkos kukaan, kellä on Coppermine integroituna Phpbb:hen, lisännyt linkkiä suoraan käyttäjän omaan galleriaan, samaan tyyliin kuin täällä on tuo IRC-Gallerian linkki? Linkki voisi olla myös nimimerkistä.

No tätä Merri:n MOD:ia ei tarttis paljoakaan muokata, niin jo toimis.

Pitääpä kattoo tuo... tuo kotisivukenttä kyllä kävis tietenkin, mutta ois aika kurko jos se linkki ois siinä automaattisesti

Kun alkoi kiinnostamaan, mutta tää on erilainen, kuin muut modit.

Before you continue with Coppermine installation, there are some problems that need to be fixed.


The 'include' directory (located in the directory where you uploaded Coppermine) should be writable in order to save your configuration. Use your FTP program to change its mode to 777.


The 'albums' directory (located in the directory where you uploaded Coppermine) should be writable in order to allow pictures upload. Use your FTP program to change its mode to 777.


The 'userpics' directory (located in the 'albums' directory on your server) should be writable in order to allow pictures upload. Use your FTP program to change its mode to 777.


The 'edit' directory (located in the 'albums' directory on your server) should be writable in order to allow pictures upload. Use your FTP program to change its mode to 777.

Once you are done, hit the "Try again" button.

Kyseisiin kansioihin pitää antaa oikeudet 777 ja sitten kokeilet uudestaan.

Tiedän, mutta mistä löydän ton arvon? Siis tiedän kyllä kansion "include", mutta mistä sieltä löydän sen "777"...?

Jotkut palvelimet eivät tykkää 777:stä, jos pukkaa internal server erroria ton jälkeen niin sit 744 tai 755.

Tuli mullakin nyt asennettua tuo coppermine foorumin rinnalle.
Asennus ja siltaaminen oli kyllä tosi helppo, mutta nyt kohtasin sitten ongelman: Foorumi toimii kyllä just niinkuin pitääkin. Mutta kun menen sivuiltani galleriaan ja kirjaudun sieltä sisään, niin sivu ohjautuu kirjautumisen jälkeen kotisivujeni juureen ja sitten pitää mennä uudestaan galleriaan.

Jos vaihdan foorumin konffeista kohdan: Domainin nimi-kohdalle gallerian osoitteen niin kirjautuminen onnistuu, mutta tämän jälkeen sitten foorumiin kirjautuminen ei onnistu.

Aika sekavan oloista tekstiä, mutta toivottavasti ongelma selvisi, eli kun kirjaudun galleriaan, niin sivu ohjautuu väärään paikkaan.
